Pros
Working with the community to bring the finishing touches to personal houses and commercial businesses proved to be extremely fulfilling. In addition to the technical trade, I learned a lot about project management.
Cons
I had to leave the company due to relocation before I could really get to apply my new skills to expand the company and grow the team.

Nothing really, not even the Wednesdays lunch because they stank.
Cons
The location of the IT Systems Administrator at Gloss is about the same size of the elevator, therefore it has no doors, The Indian management is the worst I have ever seen.
