Pros

- I very much loved working with my direct colleagues, everyone was always trying their best and really supported each other - Company is growing fast so people with ideas and solutions are valued high - They collect a lot of data on employee satisfaction - Good benefits - There is room for creativity - Constantly iterating and trying new / better things both internally and externally - They really care about their customers and create a customer-centric culture - The customers are extremely engaged with the brand (a lot of positive engagement) which is rare in B2B - They are constantly asking questions, how to be better, what to do next

Cons

- In my opinion, they still act like a startup with all the typical startup problems, if you don't thrive in ambiguity and at breakneck speed this is not the company for you. - In my opinion, they work too fast without regard for quality, which means someone always has to clean up messes and put out fires that other people create from lack of attention to detail and not doing it right the first time. - In my opinion, they ask for feedback but then don't know how to effectively put solutions in place based on that feedback. - In my opinion, they will work you until you break. It seems that most of the leadership team cares more about the business than employees. - In my opinion, you will never be good enough - they strive for perfection. - In my opinion, if you ask for help with a problem they will accuse you of not owning the solution if you don't have the answer to the problem. - In my opinion, leadership frequently makes extremely inappropriate comments about how they would have done your job better. - In my opinion, managers hire people exactly like themselves, creating clicks. - In my opinion, managers pit employees against each other, creating toxic situations. - In my opinion, leadership does not set employees up for success, lack of correct resources and tools set people up for failure. - In my opinion, they have created a culture of fear where people keep their mouths shut instead of speaking up because they are afraid of being accused of not being team players.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We appreciate your perspective, and we want you to know that we value the input of every member of our team. It's clear from your comments that you recognize the positive aspects of our company, such as the supportive colleagues, the focus on creativity, and our customer-centric culture. We are also encouraged by your appreciation for our commitment to constant improvement and innovation. We also acknowledge the challenges that come with our size, rapid growth, and ambitious goals and we are actively working to address our areas of opportunity. Here are just a few things we’re doing to create an even better workplace environment: Consistent employee polling to understand key pain points at a business and team level. Regular town halls where key initiatives and updates are discussed to minimize ambiguity; we also do weekly department wide updates to share updates on critical projects and provide general insights into what our employees are focused on. Consistent office hours with our leaders, available to all employees, so that our employees can ask questions and share concerns. Manager training sessions to help managers understand best practices around supporting employees and setting teams up for success. Thank you again for your candid feedback.
