Working for Go-Staff drains and offers nothing in return. Support and opportunities to grow are almost nonexistent, salaries are far below industry standards, and maintaining any sense of balance between work and life is impossible.

This place ran people ragged with insane hours and zero care for life outside work. Leadership felt scattered and angry, always trying to keep control instead of fixing real problems. I was tossed into a broken setup and told to magically make it work, then blamed when it didn’t. Personal time meant nothing since calls kept coming like it was normal. Some rules and demands were just ridiculous and crossed lines. Getting sick was treated like a weakness instead of a real issue. Do NOT work for this company.
