Pros
Great team with encouraging environment. Very well-known company in international education, so the infrastructure is there to support you. Great if you are a young person who is interested in migration and education, and are bilingual or multilingual.
Cons
I would say the advisor compensation is not very competitive, and you cannot get a flexible work arrangement unless you are manager level or been employed for a certain length of time. Won't recommend for a busy student since the role is quite demanding.
