friendly environment and helpful colleague. Good company for M.tech guys who study in ML/NLP.
Cons
1. No management and No HR . 2. everything handle by owner of company. 3. salary comes on next month on date 7th. if its Saturday on 7th then on 9th day. 4. If you are B.tech guy from IIT/NIT, don't join. 5. Mostly They hire only MCA student on less salary from NIT. 6. No proper learning. No big projects. No guidance. 7. Because of no proper learning on technology difficult to switch. 8. Don't plan to stay in company, Find another company during internship. 9. Salary deduction if daily 8 active hour not meet. active hour mean you really working on laptop. They calculate your active hour by Flexi software. 10. Very small space office. hardly 12-15 employee can fit. You will not get feel like you really working in IT company. 11. wash your own tea cup. 12. if you are last/first come in office. you have to close/open the office shutter. Join the company if you have no other option
