      Pros of working here include: - Great work/life balance - No micromanagement - Approachable and knowledgeable leaders/department managers - Good culture (frequent coffee/lunch outings, celebration of one another's achievements, etc.)

      Cons of working here include: - Currently located in a small space which can feel tight with 7 people (subject to change) - Career growth opportunities not clearly defined, if you are seeking a more structured career progression. This environment suits a pro-active entrepreneurial type. Could be a pro or con for you!

      Pros

      All of the employees are great.

      Cons

      The CEO, Aaron Gobidas, is a blatant liar. To the point where he is most likely doing the exact opposite of what he claims. Do not expect to receive a raise, even if promised. Do not expect to receive overtime pay, even when it is promised by CEO and paid for by the client. Do not expect to be valued in any way shape or form. DO EXPECT to be repeatedly lied to about every minor or major detail by the CEO. DO EXPECT to make less than money than originally hired for. DO EXPECT for benefits to be cut months after being hired. Also, almost all of the five star reviews are from Aaron begging his employees for 5 star reviews.
