1. Their inventory software is extremely out of date, confusing and riddled with problems! Because of this, the company required that a full inventory count needed to be done basically once a month. The HUGE discrepancies and inaccuracies were reported to management after each inventory but were never resolved in the software making it almost impossible to fulfill sales agents requests.
2. Payroll was rarely submitted on time by management so we would rarely get paid on time! When I resigned the manager tried to withhold my last paycheck from me and I had to threaten to report him to the department of labor.
