Pros

company perks and pay scale is at par

Cons

Join any other team except kyc. Mr Ofir (claims as CTO, CIO,... a2z0) doesn't know the fundamentals of engineering, every week he simply picks a silly topic from Google & tells as if it's a great idea, openly taunts & puts pressure on his ... Bhaskar, this guy thinks working on ofirs silly ideas is product work, then pings one of us for quick call and behind scenes puts all frustration on us without even knowledge about the task, we get work done somehow, then he goes back to his boss taking complete credits , this cycle repeats every alternate week ! my colleagues in other teams are atleast getting quality work & credits in the middle of firing (common here). I know goto social media team is continuously masking our ratings , better atleast take anonymous surveys from ground level employees , or simply look at cc cameras recordings of these self claimed leaders visits , instead of attending planning meetings they are busy meeting ...., there are few great teams & benefits here but due to such leaders attrition has also become quite common

Pros

- You will see impact of your work quickly - Good autonomy to problem solve & create new things - You'll work with good people - Some of the highest pay, especially if Engineering: Top 10% pay across all levels.

Cons

- Management frequently changes direction, currently in deep cost cutting mode (including continuous silent layoffs) to pay for past management decision mistakes e.g overhiring, investing in products with questionable market condition (e.g crypto), Over-reliance on promos to jack up growth/defend market share - Senior Management is overloaded, big job scope with under-resourced teams, pressured to be profitable asap. - Employee Workload is very high, expect to work on weekends, and on leave. - Small room for mistakes & learning. The business needs people who can do the job 110% from day one. - Specific for HR: New Group CHRO is NOT a people person, and a poor leader. Positions herself only to blindly please the Group CEO, demanding HR team to follow her orders. Her decisions almost always impact negatively to employees. Sometimes PAC need to send bad news, but I've never found an HR leader this heartless. Wellness week is hard fought win for employees, it almost didn't happen. Absence record is silly and old-fashioned practice (want employee to go to office every day, not giving incentive not penalty). Medical benefit cut is communicated poorly. HR organization has many people doing two roles and layoffs keep happening. People stay because they haven't found a better paying job. Stay away from joining HR as long as the Group CHRO is there.

Pros

It used to be a employee friendly company

Cons

Lack of vision, the recent development goals of various teams is not making sense at all, still we are continuing to invest in it without proper analysis. WFO: Leaders have decided to use every power they have to completely dominate employee voice 1. They asked to return to office without proper planning. 2. here RTO means 2 days a week because they do not have capacity to facilitate everyone 5days a week 3. Purposely made this 2 days roaster non consucative so that employee can not get comfort of working from home. 4. How can someone start collaboration on 2 days a week is still Mistry to me
