Project lessons. Communication (one example: on Sept 11th they ran an update that will not let us open slots so we can be booked for classes. They sent an email out after it had started. They estimate that this update will be finished at the end of September. If we had not opened classes before that, we will not be able to teach in September). I haven’t been paid yet, I was owed hundreds of dollars by August 15th. I received two separate confirmation emails that they had my bank account information. Later, I was told they did not have it. I asked to be paid ASAP, they said I would receive July’s money with August. At this point I am owed over 2k and am not holding my breath. It is supposed to be paid out by tomorrow. I will update this when I am paid.

New credit score system has been terrible. I always maintained a high credit score reaching the highest pay. Since the new credit score, your score is deducted if a parent does't rate you. My credit score went from a 94 to a 78 in 3 months because parents don't want to rate you. Even if you ask them to. My pay has dropped because of this. I teach 60 classes a week and stay booked, but because parents don't feel like rating you, your credit score drops. I've never been late or had any cancellations or no shows. I still get faulted and a decrease in pay because of this. I still make around $2,500 a month, but I could get fired if my credit score continues to drop. This is with anyone so have a back up plan with another company!
