      free snacks, nice workplace, free massage, promising industry, famous, stable salaries, unstable worktime, flexible commuting

      put every employee at risk during the covid-19 pandemic in Taipei, also the decision making for work from home is really slow and the decision of back to the office was made so quickly after the government announced the downgrade of the pandemic outbreak alert

      Great brand in Taiwan and have some good engineers. Some value proposition is quite convincing

      However, the management is frequently changing and conflict for political things... They think for their exposure, prevent from risk, and not make mistake. Most employees doing things without real improvement to the world
