Full time employment is a plus, good company culture from the actual employee. If you love ripping people off this is the place for you to work.

Cons

Parking lot is terrible, when you start, you think management cares about their employees but really all mike cares about is his GIANT ego. They are currently constructing a new building just to fit his ego. The other owner Rob is a good guy though. Over worked, under paid. When you start here youre lucky to make $12 an hour, if you aren't persistent you'll never get your 90 day review. There is no actual pay structure so if you aren't careful you may end up making less money than people who start years after you did.
