      Worst company to work for, god knows how they got support from Cvent

      Pros

      - Show off, they can show they are very nice people, culture is great, they are good human beings - all they care is show off and do favouritism to their special people. I can tell 5-6 people who are there in the company for 3-4 years and they’re consistent nor are hard working but still are in the company because they can GOSSIP

      Cons

      - They create sense of insecurity amongst everyone if you are a performer, can get jealous - Management doesn’t listen - Whole Goldcast team is a mess
