There will be no life left, only endless work. There is a strong sense of racial and gender discrimination within the company. Salaried employees are required to work endless overtime without receiving any overtime pay, moreover if salaried employees take leave, their wages will be deducted. After the probation period, there is no clear or formal contract, and duplicate copies are not agreed upon. There is no PTO (Paid Time Off), and employees must bear 30% of the insurance costs if insurance is even provided. Leave requests are denied during peak seasons. The constantly changing management policies lead to frequent unwarranted reprimands and holding employees accountable for mistakes that are not their own, which could ultimately result in termination.
