Pros
Teammates in branches are supporting each other, chance to see part of the world even tho just Asian Countries by leading tour groups.
Cons
The rules are old-fashioned, stress level and the salary you'll get is not balance. sometimes when we achieved sales, there is a commission but sometimes the commissions are not given, maybe this thing is depending on the manager whether they want give you the commission or not
