Pros

laid back atmosphere, decent office

Cons

cube farm, false advertising, you'll never come nowhere near the 6 figure income they project you'll make, they sell you on the idea that if you follow the business model they layout you'll hit numbers, but realistically its impossible, too much red tape to jump through, most the time the clients back out at the closing table due to extraordinarily high interest rates, and you make over 500 calls a day with very little if any success. They draw people in with the promise of a high salary, most people don't last a week and if they do it soon becomes apparent that you won't be paying your bills and the 5000 calls to get 5 to 6 clients to the closing table for the managers to pitch them a high interest rate loan then they refuse it and you get nothing. the warm leads are colder than a corpse's buttox!! DO NOT WASTE YOU'RE TIME HERE!! I DID!

Pros

No experience is necessary to get hired. They will even consider people with criminal records, which is concerning because staff are handling sensitive financial information.

Cons

I worked diligently for 2 months 45-50 hrs/week Monday-Friday and half day on Saturdays. I finally closed one deal that netted me $540. Management presents metrics for success that doesn't deliver. Very high turnover. They are constantly hiring.

Pros

Great company, Great structure. During my training, I was concerned about the timeline. It would take me to start making a commission. Because the training was so phenomenal, and they have so many leads. I started making money during my training week. I made more money during my training week than I did last month at my prior job.

Cons

I don't know if this is a negative, but sometimes you have to go through four or five applications to get to one that funds.
