Health insurance when salary reaches required amount.
Cons
Dirty place, bad pay, lots of overtime work, not proper teaching of employees, no possiblity to improve, no opportunity for raise or better position. I talked to a coworker, she was literally having 40°C fever, but still worked, as the company would not let her go home.
