Management was terrible and toxic Work-life balance is limited, no flexibility serious concerns regarding integrity and transparency in how decisions were made and communicated. Lack of accountability and transparency, Does not honor contractual obligation/agreements

I worked as a graphic designer and accepted the job despite the contract lacking important details. My schedule was changed from what was originally agreed upon, and I was given responsibilities as managing the design department without proper structure or support. Communication was often confusing, and I worked through a public holiday to meet deadlines. After informing management of my pregnancy, I was dismissed 2 days after without notice or the opportunity to finish my workday. In addition, the work environment was unprofessional. One of the managers frequently yelled at us, used insults, and spoke inappropriately in front of the team. Overall, it was a disorganized and disrespectful experience.
