Pros

Co workers are very friendly, just never to sure which ones you can trust.

Cons

This company is failing. They are apparently 'restructuring' making all loyal hardworking staff 'redundant' , then hiring replacements under slightly different job titles, Managers, people that have worked there for years and new employees. No current or new staff should feel safe. They have no idea what they are doing and lie through there teeth to hide it. I thought i was working for a small local business with good ethics and a goal to improve the environment. That may have been the case but not anymore good energy has stopped caring about its employees and customers and is turning into a corporate money driven company. Dont be fooled by the name and idea its all fake. They should just sell the whole thing to Dale Vince at Ecotricaty and be done with it.

Pros

Most of the people are amazing, really committed and hard working. The mission of the organisation is easy to sign up to.

Cons

Chaotic working atmosphere, no strategic planning, too many meetings, overbearing micro-management, no trust, rely too much on goodwill expecting staff to take on more than is appropriate, misaligned budgets, contradictory targets, poor customer focus! Ignore signs of stress.
