Awful management on nursing and scheduling.

Pros

Some nurses are very nice and fair but some are extremely awful supporting favorism and laziness.

Cons

Too many lazy and abusive nurses. They obviously are loved by management when they abuse NACs and never get looked into. Its the ongoing that you are not recommended to put your hard work self into. Its not worth it.

There is always a lot of support when learning new tasks.

It’s and early start but having devotion first thing in the morning makes up for it.

Most coworkers are nice and helpful, can be flexible with schedules if agreed to during hiring process, fast paced

Cons

Upper management has A LOT of work to do to improve work conditions, personnel rotation is insane, too many people come and go because management does not care for employees working conditions to be favorable
