Pros

You will be given a company car, phone, and credit card for expenses.

Cons

This company has not only allowed, but encouraged teams to work against each other. You are given sales goals from one report and then a totally different set of (accurate numbers) from the analytics department. When you point out the extreme variances you are told you are the issue. They have forced out all of the talent, the people that the team enjoyed working for. They either make their job so miserable they quit or fire the people that stand in the way of manipulation, control, and their lies. Good thing their is always Human Resources to contact, except for the fact that it is they are members of the Tampa Machine, no conflict of interest there. Pay no attention to what is behind the curtain. From what I have seen, there have been well over 10 people from the sales department that consists of roughly 20 in the past year. From my experience, it was when the change of the guard was implemented in the sales department. This company is the epitome of how just a few people can ruin an entire team by micromanagement, aggressive language, and simply lying to a degree they can't remember which lie was told to who so they can't keep their story straight.

Pros

Travel, leniency, company credit card, insights to different parts of the business, small company, extensive training program

Cons

They consider themselves a “family”. It’s a hostile work environment. Turnover is beyond high. Talent walks right out the door and upper management questions why, but won’t acknowledge the issues. The company makes decisions based off of feeling. No type of strategy or forecasting. There is little trust from senior management. Micromanagement is a daily practice. Tantrums occur from Senior Level Management often. No such thing as FIFO orders. Your fate is dictated by how strong your relationship is with the higher ups. Communication from Senior Management to the bottom is poor. There’s a field day worth of HR violations, but almost everything is swept under the rug while employees are asked why they are “too sensitive”. The Sales Team has turned into an Analytics Team. Management provides guidance with data reports that aren’t 100% accurate. CHANGE, CHANGE, CHANGE. Nothing stays the same for long around here unless it involves bad practices. The bonus program changes constantly. The Sales Team is always chasing their tails trying to keep up. Employees are constantly being questioned about their daily activity and tasks. Salaries are well below the minimum standard. Promises are never kept. Do your job well and be rewarded with more work without increase in pay. It’s a toxic environment that makes you feel like you have Stockholm syndrome.
