Don’t work there!!! One of the worst companies ever. 1- First of all, I received an offer and the one who sent it didn’t mention to me that the contract is 1 year contract and when I found out she said it’s the regular process in the company to have 1 year contract then there will definitely be an open one. This didn’t happen! And they even surprised me that they won’t renew it only because they have a problem and can’t get new projects. NOT BECAUSE OF MY PERFORMANCE 2- They can’t manage their clients at all. I worked in a project with a client that had many problems in the recruitment cycle, they could have discussed these problems or offered any solution for them/trainings or any type of consultation as they keep saying they are the best in providing recruitment trainings - never happened. 3- The managers are very cold and they only care about the money - if you will bring money to the company they will keep you, if not then you are out. 4- Don’t trust them!! They never keep their promises. I was promised a bonus and they deducted from it only because I was on vacation. (Annual leave). 5- The company is not ready for foreigners at all. Everyone speaks Czech and all the meetings are in Czech as well. If you can’t speak the language, there’s no place for you, not to mention that they won’t help with any papers you need as a foreigner.
