      Pros

      Huge growth potential if the company can get its act together and rid itself of the people that are good at lip service and will say anything to hold on their jobs.

      Cons

      Definition of insanity is to keep doing the same thing and expect a different result - the company needs to look at why proposals keep getting rejected and why IT is still such a liability

      Friendly employees but the lack of positive morale is eating away at the very core of the company.

      Pros

      Employees are very knowledgeable about the industry, and have a desire to contribute. RFP's are numerous and the opportunity to grow the company is abundant.

      Cons

      There is a lack of support and encouragement to the employee's. Annual bonuses may or may not appear on the paystub, and if a bonus does appear, it is with no understanding of how the amount was determined. The company eliminated their educational reimbursement program, and now the opportunity for employees to better themselves within the industry is hindered.

      The time spent at GoodCents was much more positive than negative; a supportive supervisor and fellow team mates helped.

      Pros

      If software was needed to get a job done, my supervisor was willing to get it which was indicative of the type of support given to me and my team. I enjoyed the daily laughter and camaraderie of my team mates so this may have been more of an exception than the norm for other groups.

      Cons

      The State legislature discontinuance of the programs which MIGHT mean imminent lay-offs by end-of-year, 2014.
