I absolutely love working with our GoodSeeker Customers and helping them work through "how will I get stories from my donors, alumni, volunteers, partners, and employees". Stories help attract, retain, and show the heart and soul of an organization. I have learned so much over my years at GoodSeeker and in many different areas: sales, marketing, customer success, onboarding, how to give a demo - I have always been encouraged to ask questions here. Great work/life balance. I have never felt stressed about asking to go to a doctors appointment in the afternoon or for some time off to travel. The people here genuinely care about you being successful and growing your confidence in the role. This is a company that leads with kindness. :)

Small team, but the workload is pretty managable and we always lean on each other for support.
