Pros

The company looks good from an outside perspective.

Cons

- Cannot find any reviews on the company? They have changed their name at least 4 times in 5 years. (Cold and Thirsty, Renew Juicery (The bottle that said "mylk" with a mustache) Made With Love Wellness, Good Mylk Co.) - Only reason for so many name changes is that something illegal is happening. - I was hired as an employee with the documents to prove it. Months after quitting I was requested to change my employment status to a W9 employee along with other former employees. - If I could protect others from going through the same experience I am happy to write a negative review. - The CEO seems very nice but is terrible to work for. - The CEO brings employees down instead of uplifting them. - Employees were promised benefits and never received them. Anyone who had them in writing would be let go right before benefits were supposed to kick in. - One employee was promised benefits for 3 years without receiving them as of the end of 2018. - Start-ups are more then a 9-5. However, if you do not respond to an email on a Sunday you will be contacted via other methods. There are NO boundaries. - I could go on-and-on about how terrible it was to work for this company but I will spare you the details. - 24/7 job with terrible pay. - I would recommend looking into company such as Oatly or Califia.

Pros

The pros of working with the company were the free products or merch.

Cons

CEO was one of the worst CEOs I have ever worked for. There were no benefits, no trust, no clear communication. The company culture was not inclusive of diversity and inclusion. If you don't fit the CEO's mold or vision of an ideal team member, then there is no room for growth, learning, or advancement. Essentially, they will ice you out until you become so unhappy you will look for other employment or quit. The only thing healthy about working here is their mylk. There are 100% other health and wellness companies local to LA that have better management, real values in practice, and an inclusive company culture.
