Pros
I found the Goody Feed office to be a positive work environment; It wasn't overly demanding. With its highly-flexible work schedule, I think it's also a great choice for a part-time job, whether it's for some work on the side, or to improve one's writing.
Cons
For some writers, it may seem that you'll hit your ceiling soon, meaning there's no room for career growth or progress. It seemed that way to me too at first, and it may be the case for some, but if you ask for more responsibility and they like your writing, there is an opportunity to move up the chain and get other roles.
