Employee has certain level of freedom to work on their own terms

Cons

Its like a family owned business. The management thinks about just themselves and most of the money made is taken by them home. The HR department is very amateur and they donot know how to run their function aptly. Even if you have your worries communicated to them, they are very laid back about it. The entire control is in the hands of 2-3 people from the core team and everyone functions as per their commands. All in all, they are just fancy on the outside - internally their is not much growth/prospect for an individual. No appraisal was held in the first year(as promised by the CEO) and then the second appraisal was delayed by 5 months - Old employees are just very pissed and are leaving the company left, right and center - DONOT JOIN THEM

No pros, you can work as much as you can, without appreciation, appraisals and variable pay

Cons

There is no visiblity where your career is going, the targets will keep on increasing on a daily basis and will be increased without doing proper anaysis. No annual increments and variable pay is a scam. Please do not join, please...you will repent as they will make you work even if you have COVID and no empathy regarding the COVID situation, no work life balance and if you are not working all the time, you will be labeled as a non performer and not having any fire to work. Please do not join.

Cons

Salary not fixed all dependent on how you engage the client well, no holiday , you can get a holiday but you will have to miss your payout. Too long hours of work.
