Younger members of the permanent team are highly likeable and hardworking.
Cons
The temporary team only seek to employ candidates that fit a white and polished image. The selection process is rigourous in its racism as whilst sourcing candidates I was told individuals were “too foreign” by people in managerial positions within the temporary team.

Dear 'anonymous employee' (I do know your name but Glassdoor rules prohibit me from using it) - this is a travesty. If there was a shred of truth in any of your comments I guess you wouldn't need to hide behind the cloak of anonymity. I know your short stint didn't work out as well as we both hoped and I'm sorry we had to bring things to an end. But in the few months you were with us we did our best to help you succeed. You have a lot going for you and I know you're better than this. We continue to wish you well. Richard Grace MD
Fantastic people to work with! Friendly and social environment. The management are incredibly supportive and have the candidate and clients bests interests in heart. Not a bums in seats type of agency. Never would have left if it wasn’t for my visa!
Cons
The only con is the nature of recruitment. It has its highs and lows but the team at Gordon Yates with support you through it.
There are none what so ever that I can honestly think of.
Cons
Lure you in with the promise of jobs, however never actually place you in roles that match your skill set. Rude condescending and right rude and nasty consultants, who ignore you and think they are doing you a favour by getting you lowly positions that no one else wants.

Dear anonymous current employee - apologies for what sounds like a seriously bad experience. I think you may be one of our applicants rather than a current full time employee but we want to do our best for everyone we deal with. Give me a call and I'll try to find out what went wrong for you.
