      Burnout at Gorenje

      Pros

      Projects are complex and interesting.

      Cons

      Weak compensation (low salary, no proper bonuses for completed projects, ...) Very toxic culture. A lot of time needs to be spent making sure you can't get stabbed in the back. Bad communication between departments and teams (even when collaborating on the same project). No proper priorities, everything had to be done yesterday. Almost no opportunity for career growth. I've burnt out there.

      no pros of whatever type.

      Cons

      No mentorship, too much time wasted per day filling up CEO's pocket without being paid. Absolute NO value to employee. Avoid at all costs if you don't want to waste your days.
