Everything else. Management skimps on pay. They decrease pay rates without telling anyone and refuse to pay sick pay, there is no PTO. They expect you to work 7 days a week 14 hour days, if you are sick they retaliate.
Management treats employees terribly especially hourly employees. Women are mistreated and paid less.
