Pros
One of few private Aircraft Manufacturing Companies in China. Has different departments for exposure ranging from sheet metal to special processes.
Cons
Most of labor is man powered and technological advancement compared to other aircraft manufacturing companies outside China are lagging. Language is barrier since almost all the employees are Chinese and very few speak English if you a foreigner.
