      Used to be great..but after CEO change, it went downhill

      Pros

      - Good salary - Flexible working hour

      Cons

      - Micromanage and too many frameworks - Hard for you to voice out your point of view as the expertise - if CEO says no, means no. - Too many frameworks that is unnecessary causing slow execution - Too many changes in a short period of time - You get sudden layoffs, sometimes with no good reasonings - Sometimes you need to reimburse payments - No room for asking - there's a section called ask me anything but questions never being answered

      Once great company, now lacking focus

      - Filled with young, driven people - Relatively flexible work culture, there's space to shape it the way you want - Legacy from previous management is still there and there's still some stuff to learn

      Cons

      - After recent restructure, company seems to lost focus/direction - Salary is not as competitive as before - Lack of career development - Heavy competition (vs other companies in the same industry)
