Pros
100% remote, generous compensation, CEO always willing to educate and take the time to help you understand things. Employees were so helpful and kind. Clients were great too. A very positive and fostering environment.
Cons
Sometimes felt out of touch with the company just because of being fully remote. Not a ton of communication. Lots of meetings with the clients so a lot of interruptions.
