      Disappointing Employer

      Pros

      Good kids that are fun to work with. Enjoyable job just incredibly irritating HR issues.

      Cons

      Very un-organised. Almost didn't get paid for 3 months when I started because no one gave me a contract. No training, I'd never been a teacher was just thrown into a class room immediately. Was told I'd be able to discuss my work hours before I started, in reality they were VERY strict and I couldn't change them.

      Good colleagues, some good student, facilities ok

      Cons

      Managers tend to be failed lecturers and consequently have no idea about the job or how to manage. Shame, as it could be so much better
