None. I’d rather be unemployed.
Cons
Zero opportunities to progress. No communication from the senior leadership team unless it’s to bark orders. Lacks direction unless providing shoddy last minute work is up your street. Unethical. Junior staff have more morals than the senior leadership team. Inflated job titles and poor pay. Don't believe me? Look at the job adverts.
