So many direction for the product road map, none of them seem to be backed by any empirical evidence of product success.

Management has no idea what they're doing or what they want. Zero benefits and very low pay. They like hiring cheap. Get ready to work primarily with incompetent foreign contractors and university students. Very low knowledge level. Hire fast and fire fast. Very large turnover. No attempts to resolve issues with employees. They prefer to just replace people. A lot more overtime than was initially agreed to. Very toxic, blamey culture. People are paid by the word and encouraged to look busy and sound confident over making real improvements.
