      Fellow employees are hard working

      Low Salaries with very few raises given, To much work on one desk and processes constantly change. The rules do not apply evenly to everyone. Men and the NY team get special treatment. During this crisis there was no empathy from the owner. The CA office has to go into the office even though no clients visit and we have the ability to work remote. Everything is done via email. Office is not being cleaned regularly. Owner does not wear a mask and 6ft distance is not kept. Overall low morale and toxic environment.

      Granite Insurance Brokers (E-COMP) has a warm, welcoming, family-oriented atmosphere. Management truly cares about their employees and is very understanding and supportive. Leadership wants you to succeed and provides guidance, accountability, and encouragement to help you grow. In sales, communication and structure are essential, and checking in with management about where you start and end your day keeps everyone aligned and focused on success. There is strong teamwork, and everyone celebrates each other’s wins. The days go by quickly because you’re busy and productive! Cons:

      Pros

      Some co-workers are hard working and care, others are in thier own little click..

      Cons

      Very low wages for the workload givin. Everytime somone leaves they are never replaced. The work keeps piling on. To much work on one desk and things are always changing. Rules never apply to everyone. Selected few get special privileges while others don't. NY teams get it ALL. 100% remote while Livermore needs to be in office. Even though the work is the same.. NY team is her superstars. Some managers treat us like we don't matter. When asked for help or assistane we are turned to figure it out ourselves. Most are very toxic. Overall low morale and toxic environment.
