      Its a steady job that offers more flexibility than working at a bigger corporation

      Cons

      Property management is often unprofessional while expecting professionalism out of those working beneath them. They are also generally non empathetic to issues that would effect the amount of work you're able to crank out.

      Good Xmas bonus, flexible pto

      Cons

      Doing same project specs multiple times over and over same result, or not end up doing projects after doing this. Inconsistent expectations of all properties, not ran the same. Some employees taking total advantage of no clocking in or out.
