Pros
Great projects, work-life balance, firm management and office culture. Been here for years and am consistently very happy. Rich has set up an amazing office and gathered some of the best designers around the CT/NY suburbs. Proud of the work I've done and continue to do.
Cons
Work from home could be more flexible but I get the need to have people around a table to put a project together. The work has really picked up recently, which is a good "problem" in the big picture.

Pros
Granoff offered a phenomenal work environment full of dynamic working relationships, enjoyable team outings and learning opportunities and Rich had a keen understanding for delivering recognition when rightfully earned to keep associates engaged, happy and invigorated by their work.
Cons
None come to mind.
