The company has some serious potential, and because of that they hare the best engineers, very skilled people. It has also lots of perks and benefits. Even though getting hired for a specific role, there's enough flexibility to move either horizontally or vertically within the ranks.
Cons
Being a startup, processes keep changing. Communication issues some times, where requirements are not always crisp clear.
