Its a worst company to work with. They don’t have anything in name of Japanese culture. I would not suggest neither the freshers nor the experienced people to join this organization, as they want to exploit the freshers and they are cheap resources for them. On the other hand they are not capable of teaming up with any experienced professionals as they cannot entertain any new and innovative ideas and they are difficult to tame. You will not grow personally or professionally. FOR SURE.

Some Managers in company for last 15 years. Why? Because their technical & communication skills is 0.No one will hire them outside Grapecity.Ask a technical question and they give reference of Gita & Bible. Promote non technical people who have no brain and no logical reasoning & can only follow order like puppit. Manager counting number of Tea,Coffee & washroom breaks. If you a women and you drink they smell you.They want women like sati savitri. Judge people on sunsign & family background not work or skills. Create groups in Juniors and ask them not to talk to seniors. Managers insecure & try to take credit of work of others. No process for appraisal, will give good salary to people who butter them. Hire & Fire policy Outdated trainings. Even trainers not know technology. Only know some basic outdated concepts .
