Cool people, cool location, cool perks

Cons

Management is nonexistent. Lack of communication between teams and within teams. This place needs so much work. Hardly any junior/entry level people. Training is a joke. NO room for growth!

A few good people, other than that, I cannot think of any

Terrible leadership. This place does not make their employees feel welcomed or comfortable. The managers are not trained to manage, and because of that have no idea how to lead their direct reports. Company culture could not be worse.
