      very structured everything has a process managers have a lot of experience CEO is very involved performance is recognized

      Cons

      overworked underpaid performance reviews leave nearly impossible goals very clicky if you're not part of the group you'll be singled out favoritism the customer is always right even when they're wrong you can have 10 years experience but if you don't have certain certificates you start out at minimum wage you would make more money at McDonald's then working for these guys

      Owner is an Interesting Character to say the Least

      Good work experience. Several skills learned. Team members are skilled and helpful.

      Cons

      Owner seems to take things very personal, was threatened with lawsuit after pursuing a career growth opportunity. Was terminated 1 week after giving 2 weeks notice, reason was resource allocation. Was put on an assignment that seemed like an attempt to have me purposefully fail.
