Irresponsible Business Practices Harm the Environment

I had the privilege of working with some of the most passionate and skilled professionals.
Cons
The owner is a madman who is more interested in making money than he is in protecting the environment. He cut corners in every possible occasion, and he didn't care about the impact his company was having on the environment. He would often use recycled materials that were up to code, and he would dump hazardous waste in illegal landfills. He also refused to invest in renewable energy, even though it would have saved the company money in the long run. I eventually quit because I couldn't stand working for a company that was so environmentally irresponsible.

Good place to work especially if you believe in clean energy. You really feel like you’re contributing to a larger, positive cause. My colleagues are pleasant to work with, and we have a comfortable, friendly office culture. In terms of the senior team, my experience with them has been great and I find them approachable, and receptive to my concerns or ideas. The CEO is really nice and down-to-earth whenever we bump into each other, and I get the sense that he is actually passionate about climate change and has a real vision for the company.
Cons
The company is starting to grow really fast, really quickly, so you just have to keep up with the pace.
