The company offers decent salary and benefits, which is a good thing, of course.
Cons
Aside from that, this company has nothing else to offer. Yes, the job and paycheck stability are nice. But most employees also want to advance their careers and improve themselves. However, that isn't really possible in this company. There is no room for growth here because the tasks are very mundane and repetitive. You won't learn a thing during your time here, which isn't helpful if you're looking to advance your career.
