Pros

Non management colleagues are great Clients are great

Cons

The term “radical transparency” was used by management recently and became a joke among staff. Something happened among management, but the story kept on changing, and left staff in a state of chaos not even knowing if they would have a job week to week. During those months things were hidden from clients and vendors, staff were being told conflicting stories privately, and under constant threat of retaliation if anything “leaked”. If this organization still exists a year from now after telling staff they were going to close, then thoughts and prayers to anyone who gets sucked in. Also they preach diversity and inclusion but fired every Black employee under suspicious circumstances spanning several years????????

Pros

There aren't many pros if any

Cons

They don't know how to hire. Its a revolving door hiring people they don't know if they're fit for the job and letting them go weeks later Inside politics are awful, favoritism plays a big role in how employees can perform at their job Culture is toxic There’s no real sense of them knowing what they're doing. Its a big guessing game trying to het any type of work done

Pros

- great colleagues, everyone at the junior/intermediate level is hardworking, compassionate and passionate about the work - enjoyed working with the nonprofits

Cons

- very disorganized, in the time I was there the staff turnover was incredibly high. During a couple month period someone was quitting or being let go almost every week. Lead to a very low staff morale. - unrealistic deadlines and turnaround times - management was not supportive of the team, they were more on the client’s side than their own team’s side (ie. would expect staff to produce work with unreasonable expectations to please the client) - work/life balance doesn’t exist during the year-end period (Sept-Dec) - members of management also often didn’t show up to diversity sessions, also lead to a low staff morale
