      Pros

      The hierarchy is pretty flat, which means there isn't a lot of red tape to cut through to get stuff done. Gratafy works with a ton of fortune 100 companies. That means that the work you do here will eventually be in the hands of millions of people. That aspect is deeply satisfying. The founders are great guys. They definitely know their industry.

      Cons

      The hierarchy is pretty flat, which means everyone is responsible for everything. That means a ton of context switching, long nights, and it's always crunchtime. The grind of constantly being in crunch mode and the lack of transparency from the founders is pretty frustrating. It's a real morale killer.

      Coming from very large organizations it's refreshing to be in a small office with dedicated, driven, smart people. We work hard, enjoy each others company and are excited to take Gratafy to the next level. I'm a self starter and love that I've been given the opportunity to come in and and hit the ground running with little supervision, but with the knowledge that I have a team behind me if I have any questions. The platform is extremely exciting and gets me pumped up to get up and head to work. When you are working with a product that you believe in and an amazing team it never really feels like "work."

      Cons

      We're a small group and are continuing to grow.
