company has a family feel and has a history in the M&E world of quality delivery. Has some very capable people working within the business.

Cons

the company does not allow managers to have authority to change the business model happy to continue with outdated approach . Also has a difficult internal business to business relationship.

- Senior management genuinely listens. - A lot of work in making the workplace better for employees. - Family-owned feel, even with 400+ employees. - Good opportunities for those that demonstrate application and drive. - Management is approachable at all levels.

Cons

- Change can take a while to implement in some instances. - Still lacking some adoptions of modern-working, but this is a problem with construction in the UK as a whole.
