Improving my communication skills and confidence in handling scheduling changes and last-minute updates. Often fast-paced, but coworkers help each other when the tasks pile up.

I like that the company offers not only jobs but also upskilling opportunities. The training is excellent. You’ll gain practical knowledge that you can build on for years to come. The clients are major players in the hospitality industry, so that's some great additions to my resume. The supportive culture and enthusiastic coworkers also deserve a mention.
