      If you are good, you can use the assignment flexibility to do a lot

      Cons

      Consultants are doing great jobs, but the rest is not, making it pathetic.

      - nice colleagues and good office location

      Cons

      - no job security, people getting fired when they don't have assignments - not too many assingment options since they are quite a small and new company, forces you to accept assignments even though you are not a good fit - low pay
