      Pros

      Five working days and city area.

      Cons

      Long working hours , low benefits, no performance promotion, top many management hierarchy reporting, company policy and SOP only disclosed to Top management level.

      Good experience, exposure and cooperation. Build for different projects to learn new things. Team member will help each other to handle poblem. Work hard as team and enjoy good bonus. Stay with company for is good until recently

      Cons

      A certain newly joined director use "f" word on everybody and talks bad about management. Also scold staff infront of sub-cons. If management don't respect staff how to expect outsider to respect company. We become NO value infront of people. No integrity at all....
